We ship to US and Canada through our various US warehouses.

Returns Policy

Perishable Items. Food and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped. This policy is set in line with US food handling regulations. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by contacting us. After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of Eco store no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.

 

Delivery Time

Once an order is placed, the order is shipped within 1 to 4 business days. We ship M-F, 10am-5pm PST. Orders can be in transit anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the address it is shipping to. Please note that any address changes made after shipment will result in additional $20 redirection fees with shipping carriers.

Eco store does not take any responsibility for any other loss an order undelivered on time may cause. The customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees.
