All orders are shipped with tracking.
Orders with weight over 2kg could receive two packages ( 2kg per package).
Orders are usually shipped within 48h after we received an order.

How To Return An Item
- Your item must be in its original unused condition unless it is manufacturing defect.
- You must return the item within the 30 days following your purchase.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
- Please include a signed letter in your package, stating the reason of the return as well as your assign tracking number.
- Many items can not be returned if they have been opened.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
- We do not refund the original shipping.
- For damage claims, a picture should be sent for assessment before deciding if a return is necessary. Returns must be agreed with Ecostore before sending.
- We will send out a replacement product, and if no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.
